DESCRIPTION

This document outlines the VISN 5 requirements for the vendor to furnish and install a VISN 5 enterprise Mammography Information Solution and services. The proposed Mammography Information Solution will enable radiologists and clinical staff to better manage the VISN 5 Mammography program.

By responding to this solicitation, the vendor acknowledges understanding that VISN 5 has substantial interface requirements between the proposed Mammography Information Solution and the Veterans Health Information and Systems Technology Architecture (VistA). The vendor shall provide training, system maintenance, and data exchange throughout each facility in VISN 5.
