Vendor Questions and Request for Information for 36C24520Q0020 CCTV for Lexington CBOC

1. Where are the Catalog Numbers from?

Answer: Johnson Controls part numbers.

2. Camera resolution, indoor/outdoor and day/night IR illuminated.

Answer: IP Camera with standard definition mini vandal dome.

3. Which license type?

Answer: EXD LIC Milestone License.

4. “Contractor shall provide and install lockable environmental network enclosure cabinets with fan kits house switches.” This item was not accounted for in the itemized list. Where shall the price for this be included?

Answer: A separate line item on the quote.

5. “Contractor shall install (13) thirteen fixed IP Mini Dome Cameras that shall be viewed on the workstation via milestone video management software. The workstation shall include (1) one 43” monitor.” Is the workstation to be provided by the contractor or just the monitor? There is no line item for the cost of the workstation.

Answer: Workstation is provided by customer.

6. How many ports and gigabits for the Network Switch NON-POE (Access Control)?

Answer: The Part number for the access control required is: NV-EC10.

7. Is the cable already ran and only providing devices and switches?

Answer: Approximately 1000 feet of riser rated CAT-6 Cable (black) will be required.
