Veterans Health Administration, Networking Contracting Office 5 intends to award a commercial services contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), on a sole source basis to Cox Subscriptions, Inc., 201 Village Road, Shallotte, NC 28470, for the provision of web-based nurse preceptor training services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract was based upon market research, including responses to a previous notice published on FBO.gov for this requirement. A written solicitation will not be issued.
