General Inspection Completed See Notes

New Chilled water coil inspected for shipping, storage, or rigging damage. Coil fins in good condition

New Chilled water coil installed with proper clearances

Chilled water coil checked for gross leaks

Terminal screws and Piping connections checked for tightness

Filters installed correctly and clean

Condensate drain trapped properly, refer to Installation Manual

All dampers and actuators exercised from BAS system (CM3)

New Chilled water control valves fully functional w/BAS

All field wiring (power and control) complete

Air Moving Inspection (If Required)

Completed See Notes

Alignment of drive components Correct rotation of motors, Return & Supply

Belt tension adjusted properly

Blower pulleys tight on shaft, bearing set screws tight, wheel tight to shaft

Pressure switch or transducer tubing installed properly

Operating Measurements - Air Flow (If Required)

Verify Proper Operation of Heating/Cooling Staging Controls (If Required)

Create a cooling demand at the Thermostat, BAS System (CM3) Verify that cooling is energized. Ensure new chilled water valve is modulating properly

Create a heating demand at the Thermostat, BAS System (CM3) Verify that heating stage is energized. Ensure new steam valve is modulating properly

Verify Proper Operation of the Variable Frequency Drive (If Required)

Verify that motor speed modulates with duct pressure change.

FINAL - INSPECTION

Verify that all operational control set points have been set to desired value. Verify proper sequence of operation with BAS (CM3) controls.

Thermal Insulation properly installed according to specification. All areas around new coils and fan motors clean and free of installation debris.

Verify that all access panels have been closed and secured
