Solicitation for DIRECTV Cable Services Castle Point Campus Seems there are a total of 8 buildings. 90 Drops.

1. Are all of these buildings wired with a single drop point or D Mark that feeds the entire property? D Mark

2. Is the current COAX wire- RG6 or other? Mostly RG-6 with some RG-59

3. Is current wiring Level Loop (meaning a single wire being tapped off for each drop) or Home run wiring (meaning one wire for each drop back to a equipment room) Mix.

4. Who is the current provider? DirecTV

5. What is their current distribution? Is it receivers in the room or are they using headend? Headend

6. What Type of TV's ? Mix of different types including PDI.

Montrose Campus There are a total of 6 buildings. 215 drops

1. Are all of these buildings wired with a single drop point or D Mark that feeds the entire property? At FDR our TV signal is 64 digital channels distributed from a single headend by laser to each building serviced and then converted to coax.

2. Is the current COAX wire- RG6 or other? This campus uses a pump laser, from a headend then fiber for distribution to each building and then converts to copper. It’s mostly RG-6 with some RG-59

3. Is current wiring Level Loop (meaning a single wire being tapped off for each drop) or Home run wiring (meaning one wire for each drop back to a equipment room) Mix

4. Who is the current provider? DirecTV

5. What is their current distribution? Is it receivers in the room or are they using headend? Headend

6. What Type of TV's ? Mix of different types including PDI.

At CP the TV signal is Analog 49 channels distributed as RF from a single headend.

The equipment we have there is:

A mix of analog encoders such as PICO MACOM and line amplifiers throughout the campus.
