This shall be a Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (VOSB). As a result, all VOSB's and SDVOSB’s may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 238160 and has a size standard of $16.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.

The VA NYHHS Police Service needs a contractor that will provide regular monthly inspection, maintenance and required testing services to all VA security and panic alarm systems which include

· Structured Cabling Systems

· Access Control Systems

· CCTV Video Surveillance Systems

· Intrusion Detection Systems

· Panic/Duress Alarms

· Physical Security Systems

· Anti-Ligature Systems

· Other low voltage systems and solution encompassing the security systems within the VA Facilities

All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on https://beta.sam.gov/. The solicitation will be released on or about August 30, 2020. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires all responses/submissions shall be in email; faxed bids will not be accepted. All prospective offerors must be currently registered in www.sam.gov and be registered and verified as a VOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
