1. What was the previous awarded Solicitation Number, Date awarded and awarded value?

2. How many Emergency Service requests have there been in the past 24 months at White

River Junction VAMC?

12 to 15 requests for on site for a technicians and treatment.

3. Has the government issued any CURE or Notice of Correction for pest control services over the past 24 months at this location?

No.

4. What is the number of hours each month the previous contractor spent on-site at White

River Junction VAMC to provide the pest services to all areas outlined within the scope of service?

The Previous vender allotted 3 hours minimum per regular site service, unless there was an issue that needed to be address then it may take longer.

5. Could the government provide clarification on its price sheet, as the pricing schedule indicates

Line 1 is for X3 cluster fly spraying, regular service inside and out i.e., bait stations, tins, fly lights, and emergency calls?

Line 2 is for Bed Bug protection program and inspections. Preventative bed bug program was usually done quarterly but we can discuss specifics with the vendor depending on their programs.

-Bi-Weekly – Does this indicate 2 times a week or every 2 weeks? Service would be every 2 weeks

-Bi-Monthly – Does this indicate 2 times a month or every 2 months?

6. Can the government clarify the Bed Bug protection program on pg. 14 in the Statement of

Work that requires approximately 17-18 units upon request or as needed?

This would be a preventative measure for treating for our live in residential patent area approximately 17-18 up to 24 rooms once yearly? Can be work out what the treatment dates are as long as all rooms are treated once per year. i.e., 6 per QTR or 12 at a time two times a year.

7. Will the government be providing an updated price schedule to include Bed Bugs per room, per line item, per option year? Updated Price schedule has been added to the solicitation.

8. How many wood-destroying organisms services (i.e., subterranean termites, dry wood termites, fungi, wood boring beetles, etc.) have occurred at White River Junction VAMC over the past 24 months?
