Mercedes Blanton Contracting Officer

VA-VHA-RPOE-2022-221832

Answer question received on 12/7/2022 and to update the PWS to match the Price/cost schedule collection frequency.

Question received on 12/7/2022:

Could the agency please clarify which is the required frequency to use when bidding – the traditional every 4- or 8-weeks frequency is in the table on page 17? Or is it the less typical monthly and every-two-months frequency in the price schedule, which creates irregularly spaced services?

A: Please use the frequency laid out in B.4 Price/Cost schedule. The Performance Work Statement will also be adjusted to reflect the same frequency as in the Price/Cost Schedule.
