b. System performance analysis.
c. Battery power supply inspection of UPS (uninterrupted power source).
d. Main power supply inspection.
e. Cleaning of all control components.
f. Checking all system components such as keypads, card readers, doors and locks; recording any variations.
g. Checking all system control panels/circuit boards to ensure system integrity, free of dust/debris, lose or faulty wiring.
h. Checking network connection between door controllers.
i. Inspect any audible warning or alarm devices for proper operation.
j. Checking data logs.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. Can a site visit be arranged to gather more information on the condition of the existing system?
Answer 1. Yes
0. If so, who should be contacted to schedule such a visit?
Site visit available Thursday, March 4th, 2021, from 9am through 2pm eastern time.

Special Site visit instructions:
a) Schedule site visit with Brian Hawks no later than 2:30pm eastern time, on March 3, 2021.
b) No questions may be asked during site visit.
c) Questions must be submitted by in writing to tina.brooks@va.gov no later than noon eastern time, Friday, March 5th, 2021.
2. Can an extension of the offers due date be granted?
Answer 2. No. Quotes are still due March 11, 2021, at 4PM eastern time.
3. Will the VA accept a suggested NAICS code in place of the current NAICS for this request?
Answer 3. No. The current NAICS is the most accurate NAICS for this requirement. All vendors must be licensed and certified by the system manufacturer to maintain and repair the system.
4. Could you please tell me if the Presolicitation posted as solicitation number 36C10E21Q0053 will be a follow-on requirement to any work performed currently or in the past, or will this be a new requirement?
Answer 4. New requirement.
