Washington DC 20006 Heather Hampton heather.hampton@va.gov heather.hampton@va.gov heather.hampton@va.gov The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Compensation Service, has a requirement to obtain conference room space, and audio/visual equipment in Indianapolis, IN, from August 20, 2018 – August 24, 2018, for up to 180 attendees. The hotel must agree to block up-to 180 rooms not to exceed the Joint Travel Regulation's Per Diem rates for Indianapolis, IN to allow the attendees to make individual reservations. All non-local attendees are required to stay at the hotel and are responsible for paying their own individual lodging bill with a Government Travel Card.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary space, technical equipment and ancillary support services, to support the Military Service Coordinators Training Conference. Any hotel within the business district of Indianapolis, IN will be considered.

Interested offerors must submit their notice of interest via email to heather.hampton@va.gov no later than 1 PM EST, July 31, 2018 to be considered. This notice is not a solicitation for offers, nor it is a request for proposals.
