About this file

This document is a detailed Scope of Work for a renovation project at 3034 6th Avenue, focused on comprehensive exterior restoration and painting services. The scope encompasses multiple construction and repair activities, including painting multiple architectural elements such as wooden cornices, bay windows, window trims, sandstone sills, and brick surfaces, as well as masonry work involving stair replacement, brick repointing, brick relay, stone sill cleaning, and basement window modification. Carpentry and window-related tasks include replacing vinyl double-hung windows, window screens, wood trim, and installing a new metal mail slot.

The document presents three distinct bid categories - Painting, Masonry, and Carpentry/Windows - with spaces for contractors to input their proposed pricing. No specific budget, funding source, or precise project timeline is explicitly stated in the document. The scope suggests a comprehensive exterior restoration targeting specific structural and aesthetic improvements, with a focus on maintaining the building's architectural integrity through targeted repairs and surface treatments. The project appears to be a localized renovation effort, likely for a residential or small commercial property, with detailed specifications for each construction discipline.
