About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an Arc Flash Study at the Pinon Health Center in Pinon, AZ. The contractor will conduct an Arc Flash Hazard Analysis study in accordance with NFPA 70E standards and IEEE Standard 1584, including collecting electrical system information, modeling the system using engineering software, analyzing hazards, providing written recommendations, and installing Arc Flash warning labels. The assessment covers all significant three-phase loads and power distribution equipment from the utility service point.
The period of performance is January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The project is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise under NAICS code 541330 with a size standard of $16.5M. Key deliverables include an executive summary report with detailed results, graphs, tables, and printed/installed arc flash hazard labels showing incident energy, PPE requirements, and boundary information. The contractor must schedule work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Offers are due February 10, 2025 at 5:00 PM MST, and vendors must submit pricing, experience with three similar projects, past performance references, qualifications, and logistics plan to Whitney Shorty at Indian Health Service.
