CCTV System:

1. We could not find the “head-end” equipment/server for all the cameras. Based on the American Dynamics VMS (software) there are 23 cameras listed. However, when we looked in the Admin building server room there were only 8 camera wires visible (Admin bldg. only). Can you verify where the head-end is and would it be possible to verify all other cameras are going to it?

0. There are two admin building. One is the IBWC main admin building on the north end of the property and only has cameras located in the following areas. The head-end equipment is located in the server room.

0. Main entrance exterior

0. Exterior NW

0. Exterior NE

0. Exterior Break Room door

0. Exterior conference room and receiving door

0. Exterior corridor

0. Exterior West

0. Interior Reception

0. The other is the Veolia (Contractor) admin building (Solids Processing Personnel Building) on the south end of the property. The head-end equipment is located in the

1. Is the Admin bldg. CCTV switch connected to the main head-end where all other cameras are connected?

1. The Veolia (Contractor) admin building on the south end of the property. The head-end equipment is located in the last room on the right (down west hallway).

1. Per plans found on site in Admin bldg. access control panels, there was new systems installed in Admin bldg… This included 8 Axis cameras connected to an Exacqvision server. Documents showed all IP addresses set up however upon inspection the Exacqvision server was installed in rack but not connected to network and not powered up. Will this server be part of the service?

2. Potential future connection.

1. Can your team provide full device counts for the CCTV system parts? Or would another site visit be required?

3. See attached.

1. The SOW listed Avigilon CCTV systems training/certs & software updates… However we did not see anything related to Avigilon on site (could be a camera in field?) can someone verify this?

4. I do not believe there are any Avigilon cameras remaining.

Barriers/Gates:

1. We did not see any “barriers” as noted in SOW. For the 5 perimeter gates surveyed none were present. Can we exclude this service portion from the SOW?

0. There are no in-ground barriers. Only the five (5) gates.

1. In terms of “gate” area security equipment; We would include only cameras, card readers, access control modules and intercom equipment NOT gate/gate motor equipment?

1. Gate motors/operators would be included in the list of items to be maintained.

Perimeter Fence Detection (Fiber SensSys):

1. Based on site walk there was no identification of this system being in place. Can someone verify if actually required here? If so, can time be allowed to make visual inspection before quoting?

0. Currently no fiber lines installed at this facility.

Intrusion Detection:

1. During site walk we did see some DSC alarm keypads in Admin bldg. and a couple of the Veolia bldgs. Can you verify IDS system devices counts or do we need to set up site walk time again and visit all buildings with an IDS system? This would include door contact, motion & glass break detectors, sirens, panic buttons, power supplies..

0. See attached.

1. Is the DSC intrusion system integrated with the CCure access systems?

1. Yes, but it is not currently monitored externally.

Access Control System (CCure 9000):

1. We were able to look at this software but was not able to see what current software version is. Can you provide so we know if/what upgrade may be required?

0. I do not have that information. I only have the serial #.

1. Is the DSC intrusion alarm system integrated with the CCure ACS system?

1. Yes.

1. Based on info from ACS software it looks like there are 26 card readers on site. Can you verify this?

2. See attached.

1. As noted for other scopes, the SOW lists product parts but no quantities. Can you provide access system quantities (access modules, lock power supplies, etc) or are we supposed to site walk and hopefully account for all parts?

3. See attached.

Video Intercom System (Aiphone):

1. We noted video IC system/parts on the site however there are two different systems. one for IBWC and one for Veolia. Are we quoting service on both?

0. Yes.

1. Can we get a total count of video door stations in the field (doors/gates) as well as Master Stations (office/reception) or is another site walk required?

1. See attached.
