1. The solicitation refers to 65% Calcium Hypochlorite. Can you please confirm it must be this exact percentage vs. a minimum.
We are looking for specifically 75 ea of the 3” tablets of 65% calcium hypochlorite in 50-pound drums.
2. The quote sheet includes a line item for the environmental fee. This is typically seen with the disposal of items rather than their purchase. Should we include this item in our quote?
If there isn’t an environmental fee for delivery, then you can disregard that line item.
3. Are Chlorine Tablets needed or Calcium Hypochlorite?
It is 65% Calcium Hypochlorite in tablet form.
4. The calcium hypochlorite tablets will be used for a pool or for drinking water. I was just concerned when sourcing 65% HTH tabs some are designed for pools specifically.
We are looking specifically for 75 ea of the 3” tablets of 65% calcium hypochlorite in 50-pound drums.
5. What is the desired delivery date?
As soon as possible after award.
6. On the chlorine tablets, it says you want 75 of the 50lb pails of the 3” Tablets of 65% Calcium Hypochlorite. Some distributors only have 25lb pails. Is it possible to do 150 of the 25lb lbs?
