STATEMENT OF Work
Purchase Eight Trailer Mounted Pressure Washers JBSA-Lackland, Texas 23 September 2020
SCOPE OF WORK. Purchase Eight (8) Hotsy HD4.0/40 GEB power washers, Eight (8) trailers and Eight (8) surface cleaners. Than install power washer onto the trailers.
BACKGROUND. The pressure washer and surface cleaners will be used to maintain JBSA. It will be used to clean sidewalks, building, streets, and equipment.
1. SCHEDULING. Planning office shall provide passes for the contractor and his team. The contractor shall schedule for all deliveries with CEOER/RP at Office: (210) 671-5142. All work shall be completed and accepted by the government. Changes to the schedule shall be immediately identified to the inspector at 502d CEOER/RP JBSA-LAK.
2. HOURS OF OPERATION. The contractor shall deliver during the hours of 7:00 A. M. to 2:00 P. M., Monday through Friday. The contractor is not required to deliver during federal holidays.
3. SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED.
a. One (1) pressure power washer unit shall be installed and bolted down to each trailer metal deck. Power washers shall be installed in the front of trailer enough room to push electric start button or pull start recoil. Hoses with cox reals shall be install front of trailer enough room to pull hoses out.
b. Each trailer shall have a Hotsy A+ surface cleaner 24” stainless steel attachment for large area cleaning or equal to
c. Start up for each unit and instructions on proper use shall be given with in the first 5 business day upon delivery
d. Everything shall be operational upon delivery, if something is not working the contractor shall replace the entire unit or repair the pressure washer to manufactures specifications
4. QUALITY ASSURANCE. The government will perform inspections of contractor’s equipment from 502d CE Planning Engineering.
5. CLEAN-UP. The contractor shall dispose of all contractor generated waste at an off-base city or state approved disposal site. Contractor shall clean-up work site at the end of each working day.
