Subject: Questions in Response to Solicitation 2017-N-18157

1. We would like to request pushing the response date to May 3rd.

CDC Answer: No extension is granted.

2. Do I have to bid on the entire solicitation or can I bid on certain vaccines?

CDC Answer: Manufacturers/vendors can bid on individual or multiple vaccines.

3. I have a North Carolina distributors license, would I have to be licensed for the entire country or would this suffice?

CDC Answer: Ref C.3.5 Manufacturers/vendors must be able to distribute to our Distribution Centers Aurora, CO and Memphis, TN for non-direct ship vaccines. For direct ship vaccines (frozen) FOB destination as directed in the delivery order (to all 50 states and its territories).

4. Are there NDC's for these vaccines for us to properly bid? Or are they provided post-bid?

CDC Answer: At a minimum the manufacturer needs to provide The Type of vaccine accompanied with the NDC of the vaccine(s) they will be supplying as requested in Section B Table of the solicitation. We do not provide the NDCs.

5. Could you tell me what sort of set aside this will be?

CDC Answer: This is a full and open procurement.

6. I observed the documents attached with the announcement and would like to understand what proposal information is need to secure contract?

CDC Answer: See the solicitation for details regarding proposal requirements.
