Notice of intent to award a sole source requirement to Motion DSP Inc. for IKENA ISR software licenses, upgrades and maintenance. This software is used for border surveillance and reconnaissance and other critical functions which feed information to the

Law Enforcement Technical Collections (LETC). It is the government’s intent to award this open market action to Motion DSP Inc. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to be used for consideration of future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and an RFQ will not be issued, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be reviewed and used for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any vendor who wishes to submit a proposal for future consideration should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of

David Myers no later than 12:00 noon EDST, February 23, 2017 at david.myers@cbp.dhs.gov. Only email responses will be accepted. Please list IKENA
