About this file

This document is a Sole Source Justification (SSJ) for the procurement of Peake Tactical Blend Gateway Systems under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5. The SSJ states that Peake's product paired with Starlink services provides the required high-speed, low-latency connectivity for the U.S. Secret Service's Critical Incident Preparedness Response (CIPR) vehicles. Market research confirmed Peake is the only vendor that can meet the government's needs. The SSJ indicates the government plans to post a Request for Information (RFI) on SAM.gov to determine if any other vendors can provide the required capabilities prior to any future procurements. The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Peake Tactical Blend Gateway System, with a total small business set-aside, a 2-year period of performance, and an anticipated award date of 09/28/2024.
