1. SECTION 1 – THE SCHEDULE, CONTINUATION TO SF-1449, PRICES, BLOCK 23,
is changed by deleting paragraph III. Pricing, in its entirely, and replacing with III, Pricing as set forth below. Offerors are advised there are changes in the contract line items for International Roaming, GPRS, and SMS.

GRAND TOTAL FOR BASE + ALL OPTION YEARS
During this contract period, the Government shall place orders totaling a minimum of 30,000 Baht.
This reflects the contract guarantee minimum for this period of performance. The amount of all orders shall not exceed 70,000,000 Baht. This reflects the contract maximum for this period of performance.
2. SECTION 4 – EVALUATION, the first paragraph is changed to be read as :
The Government intends to establish a single indefinite quantity contract that includes a one-year base year plus two (2) 12-month options, resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered utilizing FAR 13 Comparative Evaluation.
