1. Can you specify on whether RFQ is asking for 100/100 (Dedicated – Fiber) or 100/10?

100/10 or better (not dedicated)

2. Is there an incumbent contractor performing these services, if similar services have been performed in the past, or is this a new requirement?

This is not a new requirement, services are in place, contract HSHQDC-13-D-00020 expires August 24, 2021.

3. If this is a follow-on requirement, could you please provide the previous contract or task order number? 70CTD020FR0000296

4. Is this BYOD (bring -your -own device) wi-fi for officers/staff and separate from the office network or is it connected to the internal network? This is an independent network BYOD for employees/guests that DOES NOT affiliate with the internal .gov network.

5. What specs (if any) are there for a firewall? Managed and remotely monitored site internet security (Non-specific spec)

6. Does this require FIPS certified hardware? The FIPS equipment on the “house side” is in place already and currently in operation.

7. Are you looking for 1:1 replacement/upgrade of current system or do you expect improvement over current install? No system upgrade is being sought, rather the service(s) in place needs to be extended or matched.

8. What model Access Points are currently installed? The internal Meraki AP system is in place and does not need any adjustment/replacement/install.

9. Can you confirm if the current ISP service provider is under contract with the company?

Yes- Comcast is the current source ISP with a new 750 Coax internal ground/distro block.

10. Will the current wireless AP devices be used, or will a new infrastructure of devices will need to be installed and configured? The current AP devices will remain utilized.
