Below are the answers (in Italics) to questions that were submitted for the above RFQ.
Q: Are you flexible on the day of the week?
A: The Indian Health Service has flexibility within the week of 01/10/2015 – 01/16/2015.
Q: Do you think you will need the full 220 rooms on the last day of the meeting. I know most leave after maybe half?
A: The second day ends at 5pm so most will need the last night of lodging.
Q: Any history on this event?
A: There is no history on the event because this is the first project year.
Q: Can your guests arrive on a Sunday evening?
A: Yes.
Q: I understand that meetings aren’t complete until 5:00 pm on Wednesday but any chance a good portion of the anticipated block are going to depart early?
A: The second day ends at 5pm so most will need the last night of lodging.
Q: Can you please tell me if this program has alternate dates?
A: The Indian Health Service has flexibility within the week of 01/10/2015 – 01/16/2015.
Q: I would much appreciate if you can tell me if hotels at 26 min or 27 min of the Denver International Airport, could be considered.
A: The Indian Health Service would like to stay closer to the city of Denver.
Q: Will you be able to pay meeting room rental for the meeting space?
A: Please see CLIN 0001 in the RFQ Document.
Q: Will you send a Purchase Order as your agreement?
A: The resulting award will be a purchase order.
Q: How many sleeping rooms do you need for this event?
A: See Statement of Work in the RFQ Documents
