The Solicitation is amended to incorporate the attached questions and answers.

Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.

Ql. Are organizations outside the United States eligible to bid on this solicitation?

Al: This is a best value solicitation and all responsible offerors eligible to do business with the United States government may bid.

Q2. How many simultaneous users does the Library need?

A2. Currently the Library has 4 staff that will need to use the product simultaneously. However, we may need add one additional user in the future.

Q3. Does the Library want more than just the catalog data converted from SIMA Camelot?

A3. The Library would like the SIMA Camelot Catalog data to be converted. The Library would also be interested in the conversion of other data, such as SIMA Camelot's Serials data with check-in information, and circulation data from our 3M RFID software, if possible.

Q4. How much digital data storage does the Library anticipate in Year One?

A4. The Library anticipates that it will need more than 1GB of digital data storage, as a large-scale digitization project is forthcoming.

Q5. What external databases does the Library plan to federate?

A5. Currently, the Library would be interested in having approximately six external databases connected, but this number may be subject to change.

Q6. Are any of the external databases provided by Ebsco?

Q6. None of the external databases we would be interested in connecting are provided by Ebsco.

Q7. Does the Library want EOS to load data from OCLC or does the Library staff plan to do that activity?

A7. The Library would like the vendor to load data from OCLC into the new system if doing so would be cost-effective.

Q8. Are there authority files that also need to be converted in addition to the catalog data for see and see also cross references and unlinked authority records?

A8. There are not any authority files that will need to be converted or loaded for migration to a new system.

Q9. Is the Library planning to do a retrospective conversion for RDA/uncatalogued records?

A9. No, the Library is not planning on doing a retrospective conversion project of records to RDA. The majority of the Library's OCLC holdings, which will be loaded into the new system by the vendor, have already been converted to

RDA.

Q10. Would you consider proposals for just the Digital Archive/Repository portion of this RFP?

A10. At this time, the Library is looking for a comprehensive solution.
