About this file

This document outlines packaging requirements for three items procured by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1 for military packaging and MIL-STD-129 for military marking, with wood packaging constructed from debarked wood and heat treated per international standards to prevent invasive species. Delivery locations and additional marking requirements are specified.

A separate solicitation is also provided for Installation Kits for the IAIS Test Station. BAE Systems is the only qualified source for these military unique kits, which interface with the IAIS tester and must meet specific performance and interface requirements. The fixed price contract has a 12 month period of performance and anticipated award date of August 30, 2021. Payments will be made via WAWF within 30 days of acceptance. Electronic correspondence and submissions are required, with the solicitation managed through FBO.
