C. The mowing services is wanting 13 mows according to the solicitation is this a weekly or bi weekly request start May 1st?
D. The solicitation states it will be monthly cuts, but the price sheet says there will be 13 mows which will go into the winter months. Instead of monthly cuts, will this actually be bi-weekly cuts?
The solicitation and Statement of Work have been modified to make the requirement more clear.
This contract is based on a mowing schedule of every three weeks during the growing season. The beginning and end of each growing season is to be determined by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). If necessary, the COR can on occasion request the services to be performed prior to a normal three week interval has elapsed.
2. Has trail had a fall or debris cleanup done? No, a clean up of fallen debris has not been conducted since the snow has melted. However, areas to be mowed are not in bad shape and excessive debris is not expected.
Although, for the 1st mow/cut of the season grass may be a little longer.
3. Are you able to advise if there was a previous incumbent for this property? If so, can you provide the award#/vendor/award amount.
This is a new requirement. There is no incumbent.
4. On the price schedule, do I multiply 13 by the dollar amount? Is that a per cut fee?
Yes, The 13 cuts per contract year is an approximation. Enter your per cut price into the price schedule and multiply by 13 to determine contract year sub-total. Invoices will be submitted and approved on a per cut basis.
5. Is the middle red line on the maps is not apart of the mowing requirements?
Correct, the red line on the map is the actual trail. Mowing of the trail IS NOT apart of this requirement or contract
