1. When working at these sites, are we able to work after hours (for example after 4:30 pm on weekdays) and weekends?
Only under special circumstances is afterhours or weekend work permitted
2. How big is the designated area for tools, protection barrier for the site, and other supplies?
In past we have allowed contractor use of Bldg. 22 backyard for storage of trailer, supplies and morning meetings, space allowed was 35ft X 20 ft. Fencing and damage to yard responsibility of contractor. Usually reseeding fenced area after cleanup.
Larger trucks can be stored at facility 277 at own risk. Fenced compound with cameras. Have had problems in past with break ins stolen battery.
3. Are the contractors and their teams able to access and use toilets? Or does the contractor need to provide port-a-potties?
Yes, restrooms are permitted use.
Contractor is painting them as well.
4. Can the contractor and team work on more than one room at the same time? For example, can two or more rooms/ areas be worked on at the same time?
Yes, multiple rooms are available.
We work with your schedules to give space.
5. Will we be able to work on multiple buildings at the same time or will we be restricted to one building at a time?
Prefer one building at a time but will be working multiple buildings during transitions from one facility to the next
6. The Statement of Work says that items will be moved by the park. Will they be removed completely from the room, or will they just be moved away from the walls and other area that require painting?
Depending on size of furniture.
Some rooms cleared out others furniture moved to center of room to give as much space as possible along walls to meet contractors needs.
