Contractor’s Questions – NPS Response
1. We are submitting on several similar requirements which all require we use the exact same PPQ form. May we provide the PPQ form previously completed by our references, rather than ask them multiple times to complete the same form? Yes.
2. Would the Government consider extending the timeframe for previous experience to four years, due to the impact of the Pandemic on projects? Yes.
3. Will the Government please identify the locations of persons for in-person interviews, so we can properly price the effort? This is an unknown factor. The Scope of Work places the responsibility on the contractor to find, arrange for, and conduct the in-person interviews.
4. Does the government expect archival research beyond those materials that are available through the Brown Foundation for Education Equity, Excellence and Research? Yes. It would be incorrect to assume that the Brown Foundation has collected all pertinent information related to the Washington, D.C., case.
