About this file

This document contains questions and responses related to a federal contract opportunity to replace doors, windows, and shutters at a national park site. The opportunity involves installing new windows at the site, with the windows to be fabricated off-site and transported for installation. The contractor will have limited storage and work space in a casemate near the Troops Quarters, and must barricade the area from public access. Electricity and water access will be provided to the contractor at the site for completion of the work, though generator use may be required for large equipment due to limited power availability. Offerors must RSVP by March 22nd to attend an optional site visit related to the solicitation, and comply with COVID-19 masking guidelines during any site visit.
