Tour Description……………………..………...………..…….COR, Randy Anderson

As little disruption as possible Looking at redirecting visitors into the visitor center in an alternate entrance

Restrooms are available in the VC; your decision if you bring porta johns in.

Please note if porta johns are brought in the chances of visitors using them are great

Main reason for requirement is to meet the accessibility standards Trying to not damage three existing trees in the picnic area Staging area will be something the park will work with you on Traffic control needs to be put in place to have a functioning parking area as well

Contractors Questions and Answers Time………………..…………….Open Forum COR said 3 areas, contractors only saw 2 areas. COR was looking at parking, picnic area, and sidewalk as the 3 areas.

Is there any particular order you’re wanting the work performed?

COR has no preference. He would just prefer one area is tore up at a time

Final Remarks………….………………………..Contracting Officer, Laurie Sherrod Talked about being approached by the public and/or any type of reporters

There shall be no interviews provided nor access to any of the buildings for pictures Anyone asking questions or requesting access needs to be referred to Randy.

During the onsite visit of the buildings stay in a group. Ensure all questions are asked in a group setting where everyone in attendance can hear the questions being asked and the answers provided We do not want any perception of one contractor receiving information another contractor is not receiving
