Opportunity: HOFU BARN REPAIR

Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: HOFU Barn Repair - National Park Service, Hopewell Furnace National Historical Park at 2 Mark Bird Lane, Elverson, PA 19520. The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to repair and paint the exterior of the village barn.

PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible, responsive contractor submitting the lowest price quote in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation.

SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited to small business firms. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation.

NAICS CODE: 238350 Finish Carpentry Contractors with a small business size standard of $15M.

MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000

DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 60 calendar days from notice to proceed.

SITE VISIT: September 5, 2018 at 10:00 AM ET. See Section L, Clause 52.236-27, for additional information.
