1. In the solicitation it calls for 6.5ft steel t post but the 2024 fence material list asks for 6.0ft steel t post, could you clarify which one it is?

The information on the bid sheet (excel) is the one we want to use, please disregard the general description in the SOL.

2. For the 2 strand barb wire it is requested in 12 gauge or stronger, however this item comes in 12.5 gauge (this is slightly weaker than the 12 gauge).

12.5 gauge is acceptable

3. I see a line item for only shipping, will you have personnel on site to take care of unloading? If not, how will the items be delivered into a container or a designated area?

COR and/or one of the other two Rangeland Management Specialists will be available to help unload. We have a designated ware yard that we can meet the delivery truck.

As long as we have at least 2 days notice before delivery, myself and/or one of the other two Rangeland Management Specialists will be available.

5. I have noticed discrepancies between the Materials List (Word doc) and the Bid Schedule (Excel doc) that are attached, the descriptions of the materials needed are different from the attached PDF Sol. and the General Description on the main page of the solicitation. I do want to make sure that we are providing a quote for the correct materials, can you tell me which materials list is accurate? I am thinking the Word and Excel documents are the errors, but would like to confirm.

The information on the bid sheet (excel) is the one we want to use, please disregard the general description in the SOL.
