Has shown a 54-foot recovery trend since 2014. Well is currently 252-feet below initial water level. TD= 1520’.

Anderson Coal. Initial water level: 545 feet 2004. Max drawdown: 705 feet in 2014. Current water level:

673 feet in 2019. Well condition: Good. Summary: Well drew down 160 feet during CBNG production. Has shown a 32-foot recovery trend since 2014. Well is currently 128-feet below initial water level. TD= 933’.

Wasatch Sand. Initial water level: 362 feet 2004. Max drawdown: 405 feet in 2017. Current water level:

395 feet in 2019. Well condition: Good. Summary: Well drew down 43 feet during monitoring period; however it is questionable if it has anything to do with CBNG production as it has fluctuated. Has shown a 10-foot recovery trend since 2017. Well is currently 33-feet below initial water level. TD=550’.

Site has 4 separate well bores, all within ~50’ of each other.

Summary: Well drew down 612 feet during CBNG production. Water level is below TD of well. Has not risen above TD since 2009. Well is currently below TD. Has historically shown high gas pressure.

TD= 1051’.

Wasatch Sand. Initial water level: 292 feet in 2001. Max drawdown: 319 feet in 2019. Current water level: 319 feet in 2019. Well condition: Good. Summary: Well drew down 27 feet during monitoring period; however, it is questionable if it has anything to do with CBNG production as it has been steadily decreasing since inception. Drawdown is likely attributable to nearby coal mining. Well is currently 27-feet below initial water level. TD=969’.

Drawdown is likely attributable to nearby coal mining. Well is currently 16-feet below initial water level. TD= 640’.

Very Shallow Sand. Initial water level: 200 feet in 2002. Max drawdown: 200 feet in 2019. Current water level: 200 feet in 2019. Well condition: Good. Summary: Well has been stable since inception. Any fluctuation is likely attributable to surface conditions. TD= 420’

Very Very Shallow Sand. Initial water level: 95 feet in 2002. Max drawdown: 96 feet in 2019. Current water level: 96 feet in 2019. Well condition: Good. Summary: Well has been stable since inception. Any fluctuation is likely attributable to surface conditions. TD= 240’.

Note: These are all 5 separate well bores.

Note: Coal Well is dry to bottom of the well.

Note: about 4 or 5 years ago, I believe it was the uranium industry had a little interest in one or 2 of the sand wells, but I am not sure what ever came of it.

Wyodak Coal. Initial water level: 244 feet in 1995. Max drawdown: 494 feet in 2002. Current water level: Unknown. Well condition: Poor. / High Gas Pressure. Summary: This is a problematic well. It has high gas pressure which prevents manual water level measurements. Additionally, there appears to be some casing separation problems that make manual measurements difficult. We have not had a water level measurement since 2016. This well should be a high priority to plug. TD=480’.

Big George Coal. Initial water level: 330 feet in 2003. The last water level measurement we were able to obtain was in 2009 at 835 feet. Prior to that, the transducer had failed and the gas pressure had risen to a point where it was unsafe to open the well to take manual measurements. The gas pressure has remained too high to open the well to this day. Well condition: Very High Gas Pressure. / Poor.

Summary: Well drew down 505 feet during six years CBNG production. Only gas pressure data has been collected since 2009. TD= 1256’

Wasatch Sand. Initial water level: 245 feet 2003. Max drawdown: 256 feet in 2019. Current water level:

255 feet in 2019. Well condition: Good. Summary: Well drew down 11 feet during monitoring period.

Well is currently at its maximum drawdown. It is drawing down and trend is downward. TD= 1170’.

Sand Well Nest. In 2005 the Wyodak coal well was turned over to the operator and subsequently plugged. A series of four sand wells remained on site that monitor shallow GW between 60 and 350 feet. All of these wells have been largely stable during the monitoring period. Summary: Given that the water levels in the sands have not varied much throughout their history, and since there is no coal well here, this site is of little value.

Sand TD= 600’.

Shallow Sand TD=445.

Very Shallow Sand TD= 355’.

Big George Coal. Initial water level: 92 feet in 2002. Max drawdown: 1359 feet in 2019. Most Recent water level: 1359 feet in 2019. Well condition: High Gas Pressure / Fair Summary: Well has drawn down 1267 feet during monitoring period. There is no functioning transducer in the well. Gas pressure is too high to open safely. Occasionally, techs open the well to take manual measurements despite high gas pressures. Trend is fairly level since 2016. Site is relatively close to Streeter wells. Due to proximity to other wells, sporadic data, and safety issues, recommend plugging this well. TD=1447’.

Well condition: High Gas Pressure – Well is currently not equipped./ Well has recently been measured Dry to Nearly Dry to bottom of completion. / Fair. Summary: Well drew down 209 feet during the monitoring period. Has shown a 13-foot recovery.

Wasatch Sand. Initial water level: 286 feet 2000. Max drawdown: 296 feet in 2005. Current water level:

284 feet in 2019. Well condition: Good. Summary: Well drew down 10 feet during monitoring period. It has shown a 12-foot recovery.

Note: Not finding on header file, so not sure exact TD. Coal well was dry for several years at ~660’ which would be close to current TD, and now has a few feet of water in it.

Note: This site has had contentious access in the past with land owner, not sure of his current position on well access. Which may make it a candidate for plugging.

Note: Around 2015 ( and not sure current condition) this well had a smokey vapor and odor when open but didn’t get hit on H2S meter, near the end of its dry period. Which may make it a candidate for plugging or possibly further investigation. This well has since gased up, and hasn’t been opened for a while

Note: This well is in close proximity to the City of Gillette and potential residential development, and has been dry, and currently is mostly dry, which may make it a candidate for further monitoring.

Note: when Methanagenesis was being considered, this well was one that had increased interest for further monitoring which may make it a candidate for further monitoring.

Note: gas pressure is slowly increasing.
