Answers to RFIs 7/8/2024

1. The SOW indicates there are 2 previously recorded NRHP listed sites within the survey areas. Are there any other previously recorded sites within the survey area? If so, how many?

There are 5 previously recorded sites. 3 historic mining sites that are ineligible for the NRHP, 1 Historic ditch that is undetermined for the NRHP, 1 prehistoric quarry that is undetermined, but likely eligible for the NRHP.

2. Will BLM provide shapefiles (site boundaries) for any previously recorded sites?

No, we do not provide spatial data for sites per our data sharing agreement with the MT SHPO. That information should be obtained from the SHPO from a project record search.
