Text version

Please advise on where excess excavated material onsite can be placed and left. It’s usually shown on these River projects in very recent Proposals.

Excess excavated material can be hauled to the Trapper Springs Boneyard. Its about 3 miles away from Warm Springs.

We looked at the site Saturday, There are some 4 inch to 2 inch deep holes next to the bathroom entry in the AC pavement, and are all edges that are grass filled in the Entry area and Kiosk to be cleaned out and filled ? We measured the "Cracks in the AC pavement" But those joints to the Building and Kiosk are "joints and open from movement. Are those considered to be filled also.? If so it added considerable work beyond "normal" Crack filling.”

Those joints to the building and kiosk are not to be considered to be filled. Also, there will need to be an asphalt patch done in front of the restroom which is shown on sheet 2 of the updated Attachment 2 - Warm Springs Renovation Technical Drawings.

Any other cracks or joints that are over 2" wide will need to be patched according to Attachment 12 - Amendment to Specifications - Section 418 - Asphalt Concrete Patching.

I also made changes on sheets 6 and 7 of the updated Attachment 2 - Warm Springs Renovation Technical Drawings. The new recreation planner wanted the center parking area to stay the same, so it will just remain how it is now. I will also not be including the flow arrows on the two lanes on either side of the center parking area.
