Site Visit Questions and Answers
Question 1: What is the acceptable plumbing material for remodel (i.e. PEX, ABS, copper, no-hub cast)?
Answer 1: A specific material was not specified in the contract. The contractor may use any industry standard commercial plumbing material that meets county building codes and is compatible with existing plumbing.

Answer 3: Yes, provided they meet county building code, are installed per the manufacturer’s recommendations, and function properly without limiting water flow or leaking.
Question 4: What will the testing procedures/requirements be?
Answer 4: All testing procedures and requirements are listed in the contract specifications document.
