Yes, removal of the old cameras and power supplies would be needed to clean up the old solution. Where applicable, current cabling may be used if it allows the new solution to work properly.

3.Are ceilings where inside cameras to be place drop?
There is a mixture of Drop ceiling and drywalled ceiling on both the 1st and 2nd floors, where most of the interior cameras are.

Drop ceilings are ~ 11 ft drop ceiling in most places
Drywall portions are around similar height in the common area by the 1st floor north entrance
2nd Floor
Drop ceilings are ~ 11 ft drop ceiling in most places
Drywall portions are around similar height in the Main entrance area where a current camera face the front main double doors.
4.Will all 21 cameras be 4K?
Solution to include at least 12 indoor and 9
Outdoor IP based cameras with at least 4k resolution. Wide angle IP based cameras to be used where consolidation is possible.
Pan, tilt, zoom is not required.
5.Is a client workstation needed?
Yes
6. Is the video recorded in motion or continuous at full frame rate for 90-120 days?
It can use motion at Full Frame rate for the 90 ¿
120 days of recording
