Salient Characteristics S19159

GNSS RECEIVER AND ACCESSORIES

Brand Name or Equal

GNSS Receiver:

1. Shall be Allterra RTK Network or equivalent compatible.

i. Shall be a network of reference stations in Texas and Oklahoma that offers coverage both within the major metropolitan areas of both states and expanded coverage to most areas containing cellular data coverage.

ii. Shall use reference stations and software, a member with a rover working within the Network is able to obtain Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) corrections.

2. Shall have base and rover communication mode.

3. Shall have Trimble SurePoint electronic tilt compensation or equivalent.

4. Shall use Trimble CenterPoint RTX satellite delivered corrections or equivalent.

5. Shall have GNSS chips with minimum of 672 channels.

6. Shall be capable of 360 GNSS tracking.

7. Shall allow for satellite signals tracked simultaneously: GPS: L1C/A, L2C, L2E, L5; GLONASS: L1C/A, L1P, L2C/A, L2P, L3; SBAS: L1C/A, L5 (For SBAS satellites that support L5); Galileo: E1, E5A, E5B; E5AltBOC, E6, BeiDou (COMPASS): B1, B2,b3, QZSS: L1C/A,L1-SAIF,L1C,L1C,L5, NavIC (IRNSS): L5.

8. Shall be capable of CenterPoint RTX, OmniSTAR HP, XP, G2, and VBS positioning.

9. Shall be no larger than 11.9 cm x 13.6 cm (4.6 in x 5.4 in) and weigh no more than 1.12 kg (2.49 lb.) with internal battery, internal radio with UHF antenna.

10. Shall operate at –40° C to +65° C (–40° F to +149° F).

11. Shall operate in humidity up to 100%, condensing.

12. Shall have case that is IP67 dustproof, protected from temporary immersion to depth of 1 m (3.28 ft.)

13. Shall run on 11 to 24 V DC external power input with over-voltage protection on Port 1 and Port 2 with 7-pin Lemo.

14. Shall be designed to survive a 2 m (6.6 ft) pole drop onto concrete (non-operating) and to 40 G, 10 msec, sawtooth (operating).

15. Shall have a vibration standard of MIL-STD-810F, FIG.514.5C-1.

16. Shall have rechargeable, removable 7.4 V, 3.7 Ah Lithium-ion smart battery with LED status indicators.

17. Shall have power consumption that is no more than 4.2 W in RTK rover mode with internal radio.

18. Shall have 3-wire serial with 7-pin lemo.

19. Shall have USB v2.0 that supports data download and high-speed communications.

20. Shall have radio modem that is fully integrated, sealed 450 MHz wide band receiver/transmitter with frequency range of 403 MHz to 473 MHz, support of Trimble, Pacific Crest, and SATEL radio protocols or equivalent:

i. Shall transmit power at 2 W.

ii. Shall have range of 3–5 km typical / 10 km optimal.

21. Shall have integrated, 3.5 G modem, HSDPA 7.2 Mbps (download), GPRS multi-slot class 12, EDGE multi-slot class 12, UMTS/HSDPA (WCDMA/FDD), 800/850/900/1900/2100MHz, Quad-band EGSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, GSM CSD, 3GPP LTE

22. Shall have Bluetooth that is fully integrated, fully sealed 2.4 GHz communications port (Bluetooth).

23. Shall be Wi-Fi capable with 802.11 b, and 802.11 g, access point and client mode, WPA/WPA2/WEP64/WEP128 encryption.

24. Shall have external communication devices for corrections supported on Serial, USB, TCP/IP, and Bluetooth ports.

25. Shall have 6 GB internal memory; over three years of raw observables up to 1.4 MB /day, when recording every 15 seconds from a minimum of 14 satellites.

26. Shall include power supply and power cord.

Controller:

27. Shall be compatible with GNSS Receiver above.

28. Shall have Trimble Access field software or equivalent.

29. Shall have Trimble SatViewer, GPS interface software application or equivalent.

33. Shall have operating temperature of –30 °C to 60 °C (–22 °F to 140 °F).

45. Shall have full QWERTY keypad with 10-key number pad, directional buttons, and four (4) programmable buttons

46. Shall have integrated speaker and microphone with 3.5 mm stereo headset connection for audio system events, warnings, and notifications.
