Opportunity: EDDY COVARIANCE SYSTEM

Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, National Wetlands Research Center, based in Lafayette, Louisiana 70506, has a requirement for one Eddy Covariance System designed to measure net ecosystem exchange of CO2.

Quotes shall provide pricing and an itemized component description that meets or exceeds the Salient Characteristics in Attachment 1. The requested delivery date is within 30 days from the date the Contractor receives the purchase order.

This will be a firm fixed-price contract. The best value determination will be made considering technical capability as important as price. Quote submissions are due on or before 05/06/2019.

The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334516 and size standard is 1,000 employees. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the government. Responses MUST be emailed to sruggles@usgs.gov.
