Opportunity: Hydrological Instrumentation Facility (HIF) Suppor
Description
Hydrological Instrumentation Facility (HIF) Support Services The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for non-personal technical and support services at the Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility at Stennis Space Center, MS.
It is anticipated that the resulting contract will consist of a one-year base period with four one-year option periods; and that the resulting contract will be a labor hour award.
RFQ 140G118Q0355 will be issued on or about 08/30/2018 with proposals due 10/09/2018.
The USGS intends to issue a competitive RFQ under Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.5 ¿ Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This requirement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business under NAICS code 541614; the size standard is $15m. The Government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government; price and other factors considered. The anticipated date of award is: 10/31/2018.
To be eligible for contract award the vendor must be registered at:
https://www.sam.gov The solicitation, all related documents and amendments, if any, will be available electronically through the FedConnect/FedBizOps systems. No written, telephonic, facsimile or email requests for the solicitation package will be honored. It is the sole responsibility of interested parties to monitor the resulting solicitation for amendments.
