Red Bluff Tree Trimming Map Legend and Notes

The 11 X 17 Map:

The long blue lines are the canal. This is the area that the vegetation needs to be remove. I believe it is list as roughly a half mile. Both sides of the canal need to have the vegetation removed although I don’t believe there is much if any in the eastern canal. The large circular structure is a fish screen, removal starts there and ends at the bridge crossing the canals of East Canal Rd.

The yellow dots are the Ash trees all located on the lawn areas. They are all marked with one line of yellow ribbon. There is one Ash tree with two red lines on it. I think the argument for removal can be made for this tree, it is likely not to survive if trimmed.

The red dots are the Redwood trees with dead tops.

The green dots are Oak Trees. Approximately 50% of the trees are double banded. The remaining trees are on the bank slope between the buildings and canal. Trees smaller than 6-inch diameter have been omitted from the count and will not be trimmed.

The orange dots are the Plum and fruitless Pear trees.

The blue dots are the Mulberry trees in the northern island of the parking lot.

The purple dots are Olive trees. At final count I believe there are actually 18 trees on station with the contract being written for 17 trees. One of the trees closest to Tyler Rd will be omitted at the government representatives choosing (behind the shop building).

The 8.5 X 11 Map:

The smaller map shows the location of the Mulberry tree set for removal in the contract. In the interest of our neighbors and not wanting several trucks driving in and out of the private road system. Please DO NOT go down there to look at the tree. Please assume it is sized similarly to the average of the three other Mulberry trees in the norther island.
