B09 Questions and Answers for: TX-ARLINGTON ESFP ELECTRICAL SERVICES OPEN 140FC124Q0027- Amendment 00001

1. Pathway to the Electrical Panel/Panel Room: Could you provide information or photos detailing the pathway to the electrical panel or panel room? Understanding the layout will help us plan the routing of conduits and cables.

Answer:

2. Distance Estimate: A rough estimate of the distance from the electrical panel to the areas where power is needed (e.g., cubicles, hoteling station) would be very helpful.

This will assist us in calculating the amount of materials required, such as cables and conduits.

Answer: Cubicles - Based on the drawing below, a rough estimate following the walls and drop from ceiling to floor would be: 34ft + 38 ft + 34ft + 12ft.

The Hotel station does not require access to electrical panel. It only needs a power cable so it can plug into an existing wall outlet.

3. Photos: If available, could you please provide photos of the electrical panel/panel room and the areas where the electrical installations are to be done? Visuals will aid us in assessing the space and planning the installation process more efficiently.
