Scope of Work
Requesting the purchase of two FAA Approved Advanced Aviation Training Devices for the training and evaluation of all FWS Fleet Pilots.
* All specifications are minimum unless otherwise noted as optional
Basic Requirements:
1. Room Size: Must be able to fit in a 15’L x15’W x 8’H room
2. Full delivery and installation to Boise, ID and Anchorage, AK, with on‐site operator training for at least 2 personnel (4 preferable)
3. Delivery and installation accomplished through single standard door
4. 110V power supply with no more than 2 dedicated 20amp circuits
5. FAA Approved AATD
a. Instrument training time
b. Instrument experience
c. Instrument proficiency check
6. 3 Direction of flight (pitch, roll, yaw) motion
7. Dynamic Control loading
8. Toe brakes
9. Integrated visual system, high resolution, minimum 225 degree field of view
10. Full size cockpit with pilot and co‐pilot seating
11. Pilot and co‐pilot dual‐plug headset jacks
12. Intercom system
13. Kodiak 100, Cessna 206H, PC‐12 Pilatus, and BE‐200 King Air and cockpit configurations
14. Modular system allowing for configuration switches without manufacturer assistance
15. Garmin G1000 avionics package and Garmin software
16. Garmin 530/430 GPS
17. Analog flight instrument package
18. Adjustable Overhead lighting
19. Autopilot
20. Yoke mounted A/P disconnect, elevator trim, CWS, PTT switches
21. Vernier Control System (throttle/prop/mixture)
22. Separate visual computers and master computer capable of running smooth HD visuals and with no perceivable lag between control input and display reaction
23. Instructor Station – Separate from cockpit
