Description of Needs

The contractor shall provide the following:

· Garage Parking: 2 reserved and 3 unreserved spaces.

· Parking shall be provided at the following address: 400 7th St. SW, Washington, DC

· Accessibility: 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Market Research, Justification, and Pricing The NEA's requirement for on-site garage parking (Park America) allows for access 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, allows for annual contracts (as opposed to month to month), and must be within walking distance from the NEA's location (Constitution Center). The NEA currently has a reserved spot for the Chairman on-site, who may be required to drive to and from Constitution Center in a secondary vehicle when the GSA-leased vehicle is in use for other duties. A second reserved spot is for an employee with an existing medical reasonable accommodation, which includes a charging station for the user’s motorized scooter, which remains in in place during alternating off-hours use (the user transits from vehicle to scooter upon arrival to work). The three unreserved spots are for three senior Agency positions.
