Notes/Instructions
1. *Denotes Key Personnel
2. Rates must be fully burdened labor rates which includes salary, overhead, G&A, profit, taxes, fees and all other associated costs. Must include all taxes and fees IAW FAR 52.212-4(k).
3. Travel amount is a plug figure.
4. Two labor categories are not intended to be funded initially but the Government is obtaining pricing in the instance they are funded in the future.
5. The total quoted amount will be the total evaluated amount and awarded amount under the contract.
6. Contract year is calculated at 1920 hours. For every 1920 hours identified, it shall be 1 FTE.
7. Contrator shall input their hourly rate for all labor categories. Boxes highlighted in green shall be filled out.
8. Contractors are highly encouraged to quote market rates that are in line with the industry in obtaining, retaining and recruiting qualified individuals. As noted in the RFQ, non-price factors are significantly more important than price. Contractors shall not bid low to buy-in then run into retention and recruitment issues based on price in the future. Contractors will be held to the standards in the PWS for staffing.
