Question 1) The SOW doesn't have a provision for a tray slide. If this has changed does the top of the breath guard need to be stainless?

Response: No tray slide is required. Yes, breath guard will be needed. Top of breath guard must be stainless steel.

Question 2) The SOW has a provision for 8 hot/cold wells. The drawing has a 5 well refrigerated unit, a 3 well hot/cold and a 4 well hot on it. If it is 8 hot/cold wells where do you want them to be located? In the middle? Spaced out 1/3rd of the way then 1/3rd free counter then the last third?

Response: We require 8 hot/cold wells.

Question 3) Do you want breath guards all the way like in the picture now or just in front on the wells?

Response: Tempered glass breath guard to cover front of wells and refrigerated cold pan. The breath guard must cover the eight (8) wells and refrigerated cold pan. Top of breath guard must be stainless steel.

Question 4) The SOW The drawing does not have a provision for a faucet on the hot wells. Did you not want that? The hot/colds do need water when they are in the heated mode. A faucet makes it easier as you can fill the wells from it Response: No faucet.

Question 5) The SOW has a 30 calendar days from notice to proceed. Hopefully the 30 days isn't a hard cap?

Response: Submit your best propose date to complete this work.

Question 6) On the SOW states 5 walk-ins, 1 freezer and 4 coolers. There are actually 2 freezers and 4 coolers.

Response: 1 and 3 will be converted into one walk-in freezer.

Question 7) New height dimensions is requiring 9'. Don't know if there is enough space for it.

Response: Based on vendors concerns on height we reevaluated the height.

· And were able to determine the following:

· #2 86"1/2 high. If possible, like to make 9' it does have space.

· #1 81" inches can keep the same height.

#4 79" inches can keep the same height.

· #5 82" inches can keep the same height.

· #6 8' feet can keep the same height.

Question 8) I was only able to take inside dimensions of the walk-ins and don't know how thick these panels are.

Response: All panels are 4" inches thick.

Question 9) Walk-in #1, #5 and missing #3 seems to share a common wall, needs to verify.

Response: 1 and 3 will be converted into one walk-in freezer. #5 and #1 & #3 share a common wall.

Question 10) New walk-ins requiring apoxie floors. This is doable for coolers and not freezers.

Response: Okay. Open to flooring options for the freezers.

Question 11) Needs to verify electrical at units and panels.

Response: 208 3 Phase Question 12) What type of stand/ mount for the new condensers.

Response: Metal stand
