Statement of Work Repair and Testing for Overcenter Aerial and Derrick Digger Trucks

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Colorado River Agency, Branch of Electrical Services (CRA-ES) has need of a high skilled and experienced contractor to perform maintenance, repairs and testing of two (2) electric utility Altec Overcenter Aerial Trucks and one (1) Simon-Telelect Digger Derrick Truck, herein referred to as “Trucks”. The Trucks are configured and constructed for use with 69,000 Volts and less power lines. The trucks provide electric utility lineman means of constructing and maintaining Medium Voltage power systems.
3.0 BACKGROUND
A key mission of the BIA, CRA-ES is to provide economical and reliable power to the residential and commercial customers that reside within the boundaries of the Colorado River Indian Tribe (CRIT) reservation. The BIA, CRA-ES owns and operates a medium voltage distribution power system. The trucks have provided years of service and receive regular testing and inspections to verify dielectric safety and operation but are now inoperable. The truck chassis are manufactured by International and the Booms are manufactured by Altec and/or Simon-Telelect.
3.0 OBJECTIVE
The objective of this effort is to perform comprehensive repairs and any deferred maintenance on three specialty vehicles.
Once properly operating, test and certify their conformity to applicable industry standards for electric transmission and distribution utilization (i.e., Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), dielectric, etc…) so they can return to service.
4.0 SCOPE
The Contractor shall provide all Personnel, Supervision, Mobilization, Logistics, Tools, Equipment, Vehicles, Lodging, Travel, Meals, and other direct cost required to accomplish the requirements of this work statement on site at CRA-ES.
5.0 REQUIREMENTS AND TASKS
The following section of the work statement describes the requirements and tasks that shall be completed by the contractor.
The contractor shall be directly responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and completion of tasks assigned under this contract.
5.1 TASK 1: PROJECT MANAGEMENT
5.1.1 The contractor shall identify a project lead (PL) to interface with the Government

5.1.2 The PL shall provide a comprehensive list detailing every aspect or service to be utilized but should contain a clear understanding of how the contractor plans to meet the requirements in this work statement.
5.2 TASK 2: ALTEC OVERCENTER AERIAL TRUCK REPAIR AND TESTING – 70 FT.

The contractor shall perform comprehensive repairs and any deferred maintenance on one Altec A77-T (S/N #1004 CT 0716) Over-center Aerial Truck to restore it to full operational condition (WO# 4847467). Truck Manufacture:

5.2.1 The contractor shall perform an initial inspection and test to assess the vehicle condition.
5.2.2 The contractor shall perform necessary repairs and deferred maintenance to restore vehicle to full operational condition.
5.2.3 The contractor shall perform necessary tests and certify to the applicable industry standards.
5.2.4 The known deficiencies of this vehicle are as follows.
5.2.4.1 Leaking driver side front wheel hub
5.2.4.2 Leaking unit out rigger selector valve
5.2.4.3 Damaged JIB winch rope
5.2.4.4 Missing bolts for street side turntable cover
5.2.4.5 E-Stop handle pulled away from threaded stud

6.2 Acceptance/Disapproval of Deliverables:
Unless otherwise specified, the Government will have a maximum of ten (10) working days from the day the deliverables are received to review the document, provide comments back to the Contractor, accept or disapprove the deliverable(s). The Contractor will also have a maximum of ten (10) working days from the day comments are received to incorporate all changes and submit the final deliverable to the Government. SECTION C - 2
DEFINITIONS
2.1 GENERAL DEFINITIONS
2.1.1 Defect - A service output that does not meet the standard of performance specified in the contract for custodial
Services. (For example, failure to sweep the floor is a defect, failing to meet the quality standard as required on a daily basis; failure to Remove Trash is a defect as required on a daily basis.)
2.1.2 Performance Requirement - The point that divides acceptable and unacceptable performance of a task, as established by the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) and the Inspection of Services clause.
It is the number of defects or maximum percentage of defects that is deemed acceptable. Any further defects will require the Government to affect the price computation system (the amount paid for the Custodial Services).
2.1.3 Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) - A listing of the Custodial Service outputs (tasks) under the contract that are to be evaluated by the COR on a regular basis, the surveillance/inspection methods to be used, and the performance requirement of the outputs.
2.1.4 Quality Assurance - A planned and systematic work pattern that satisfactory performance is achieved.
2.1.5 Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan - An organized written document used for Quality Assurance. The document contains specific methods on how to perform surveillance of the Contractor.
2.1.6 Unacceptable Condition(s) - A condition that does not conform to quality standards but may be re-performed to conform with quality standards.
2.2 TECHNICAL DEFINITIONS
2.2.1 Basic Cleaning Services - All individual cleaning tasks as identified in paragraph 5.3.
2.2.2 Carpet Maintenance - An organized and comprehensive Contractor managed program which insures all carpeted floors receive systematic and scheduled maintenance to maintain the standards of Section C.5 of this PWS. This includes, but is not limited to, vacuuming and cleaning of carpets, spot removal, etc.
2.2.3 Daily - Refers to each and every scheduled service date.
2.2.4 Wet Mopping - Cleaning floor surfaces after sweeping of dust moping to pick up any remaining dust or dirt utilizing clean water and a detergent solution (and disinfectant where required by the PWS) with a wet mop.
2.2.5 Debris - Any articles, or parts thereof, such as paper, gum, paper clips, candy, lint, litter, strings, cigarette butts, leaves, sand spurs, excrement, etc.
2.2.6 Deep Dirt Extraction / Shampoo Carpets - A restorative technique using the hot water or steam extraction method of deep cleaning carpet fibers to extract dirt, dust, debris, soil, stains, and odor in the carpet. Method utilizes a steam cleaning machine which forces carpet cleaning solution into the carpet, vacuums solution from the carpet, forces clean water into the carpet fibers to rinse out all solution, and then vacuums all remaining moisture from the carpet.
2.2.7 Disinfect - To completely flood the fixture, floor, etc., with a germicidal disinfectant, allow to soak and rinse clean as directed by the manufacturer's instructions.
2.2.8 Dry Buff - Dust mopping and wet mopping should occur before this procedure. A process used to eliminate heel marks and scuffs and restore the floor to a uniform appearance suing a soft buffing pad and floor machine.

2.2.9 Dust Mopping / Treated Mopping - Removing direct and debris from floor surfaces by use of a dust mop.
2.2.10 Easily Movable Items - Any furniture, waste receptacles, chairs, etc., that weight 50 pounds or less or can be moved by one person.
2.2.11 Glass - All remaining exposed glass surfaces that are not considered windows. All Lucite, plastic, or any transparent materials, including mirrors, shall be considered glass.
2.2.12 Maintain Floor - The task of sweeping, treated mopping, dust mopping, damp mopping, wet mopping, scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, dry buffing or spray buffing, to maintain floors in an existing state as required in the Performance Work Statement.
2.2.13 Scrubbing Floor - Cleaning floor surfaces after sweeping or dust mopping by agitation of detergent solution applied to the floor by a floor scrubbing machine or wet mop saturated with detergent solution followed by a clean water rinse and damp mop or vacuum pickup.
2.2.14 Sweeping - Removing dirt and debris from floor surfaces by use of a broom.
2.2.15 Waxing - Applying manufacture recommended thin coats of non-skid floor wax solution that protects the floor surface and leaves a glossy, uniform appearance.
2.2.16 Wet Mopping - Thoroughly cleaning floor surfaces after sweeping, or dust mopping utilizing clean water and a detergent solution (and disinfectant where required by the Performance Work Statement) with a saturated mop, then damp mop or vacuum to pick up excess liquid.
2.2.17 Windows - The glass surfaces which are an integral part of the outer wall of a building.

SECTION C - 3
GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY AND SERVICES
3.1 GENERAL INFORMATION - The Government shall provide the facilities, equipment, general custodial cleaning supplies and materials, keys to buildings, and custodial storage space/closets. The Government shall replenish depleted supplies and materials in custodial closets such as trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supply items.
3.2 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY
3.2.1 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED FACILITIES - The Government will make available storage areas and custodial closets to the contractor, without cost, for storage of equipment and/or materials and supplies. The Government retains the authority to reassign, modify, or realign space provided to the Contractor for space utilization, mission and personnel requirements of the Government.
Government facilities have been inspected for compliance with OSHA. No site hazards have been identified for the BIA
Agency/Parker and Poston Office Building. The fact that no such hazard condition(s) have been identified does not warrant or guarantee that no possible hazard exists, or that at specific times as directed by the COR, alternate work-shift(s) procedures will not be necessary, or that the facilities at present will be adequate to meet the responsibilities of the Contractor.
Compliance with OSHA and other applicable laws and regulations for the protection of employees is exclusively the obligation of the Contractor in the performance of their custodial services and responsibilities under the contract.
Further, the Government will assume no liability or responsibility for the Contractor's compliance or noncompliance with OSHA requirements.
The Contractor shall return the facilities to the Government in the same condition as received, fair wear and tear excepted - clean, repair, replace or restore Government provided storage and custodial closets to a condition not less than existing prior to Contactor's use.
Government facilities shall only be used in performance of services required under this contract, no exceptions.
3.2.2 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT - The Contractor shall keep the COR advised of the condition of all equipment in regard to normal operation wear and tear as it effects the operation of such equipment. Frayed electrical cords, occasional non working switches on equipment, equipment not operating to expected capacity, etc., will be noted on the Contractors employee's daily work completion log and the Contactor's Manager shall immediately verbally report the observation to the COR; at week's end, the submitted log will document the observation and the reporting dated of the wear and tear/operation condition of the equipment to the COR.
3.2.2.1 The Government shall furnish and/or make available all equipment, supplies, materials necessary for the Contractor to perform the Custodial Services as defined in this contract. The following listing is of equipment to be made available by the Government by location:

3.2.2.2 EQUIPMENT INVENTORY - The Contractor and COR shall conduct a joint inventory of Government furnished equipment not later than five (5) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed date, within five (5) calendar days of the start of any option periods and not later than five (5) calendar days before the completion of the contract period.

The Contractor shall sign a receipt for all equipment provided by the Government. Items of equipment missing or not in working order shall be recorded. The Contractor and COR shall jointly determine the working order and condition of all equipment an document their findings on the inventory. In the event of disagreement between the contractor and the COR on the working order and condition of equipment, the disagreement shall be treated as a dispute under the FAR Contract Clause entitled "Disputes".
3.2.2.3 REPLACEMENT OF GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT - The Contractor shall submit a written request for replacement of Government furnished equipment required in the performance of the contract. Such request shall specify the reason for replacement. Should the item of Government furnished equipment require replacement, the Government will replace the equipment at no cost to the Contractor.
3.2.2.4 REPAIR OF GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT - When repair of Government furnished equipment is needed, at no fault of the Contractor, but due to fair/normal wear and tear in normal proper use of the equipment, the Contractor shall submit a written request for the necessary repair of the equipment required in the performance of the contract.
3.2.2.5 EQUIPMENT ACCOUNTABILITY - The Contractor shall be liable for loss or damages to Government furnished equipment beyond fair wear and tear in accordance with the FAR Clause of the Contract "Government Furnished Property".
Compensation shall be effected either by reduce amounts owed to the Contractor or by a direct payment by the Contractor, the method determined by the Contracting Officer.
3.3 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED SERVICES
3.3.1 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED UTILITIES - The Government will furnish utilities for the operation of the facilities provided.
These utilities include heating, fuels, gas, electricity, water and sewer.
3.3.2 TELEPHONE SERVICES - No phone service is to be provided by the Government. Contactor employees are not allowed to use the Government telephones at any time except under emergency circumstances to call 911 and/or persons identified under 3.3.7 BIA Emergency Contract (listing).
3.3.3 Debris / Refuse Collection - The Contractor shall be responsible for bringing refuse to the identified dumpsters. The
Contractor shall not dispose of flammable liquids, mineral spirits, oil, lubricants and other flammable or hazardous material in Agency dumpsters. The Contractor is required to comply with all recycling programs.
Location of dumpsters where the Contractor will take the refuse will be identified by the COR, per building, and per building location.
3.3.4 Pest Management Services - The Government provides insect and rodent control for all Government furnished facilities.
The Contractor and Contractor's employees shall notify the COR when insect or rodent problem(s) is detected.
3.3.5 Police and Fire Protection - The Government will provide police and fire protection for the facilities.
3.3.6 Medical - In the event of an emergency, the Contractor's employees will call the local 911.
3.3.7 BIA EMERGENCY CONTACT - The following BIA employees are to be contacted, after normal working hours, in the event of an emergency, regardless of the type of emergency:

SECTION C - 4
CONTRACTOR FURNISHED ITEMS AND SERVICES
4.1 GENERAL INFORMATION
The contractor shall provide all personnel and supervision necessary to perform custodial services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
4.2 CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES - The Contractor shall obtain the COR's concurrence employment of staff persons who will work on this contract. If any person is identified, to the Contractor by the COR, as a potential threat to the health, safety, security, general well-being, or operation mission of the Government/BIA, the Government employees and its service population, the Contractor will not hire such person(s).
4.3 CONTRACTOR FURNISHED COMMUNICATIONS - The Contractor is responsible to provide the Contactor's employees with cell phones and pagers for use when performing the custodial services. Pagers are necessary for after-hours contact with the Contractor's Manager. Contractor employees are not allowed to use the BIA telephones or other type of equipment (computers, pagers, intercom, radio, etc.) except for the equipment identified and specifically authorized under this Performance Work Statement (emergency use of Government telephone to call 911).
4.4 MAINTENANCE OF GOVERNMENT FURNISHED CUSTODIAL STORAGE AREAS - The Contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness of Government Furnished facilities of storage and custodial closets. The areas shall be clean and neat, free of fire and safety hazards, and free of unsanitary conditions.
4.5 CONSERVATION - The Contractor's work force shall be responsible to exercise conservation of utilities in the performance of services. Upon completing the scheduled work in each building, contractor personnel will ensure that all lights are turned off (except otherwise instructed) and that all windows and entrance doors are locked upon leaving the building. If the building user occupies the building after normal working hours and the contractor personnel have completed their work, they will notify the building user of their departure.
4.6 TRAINING - The Contractor shall be responsible for training procedures, schedule, coordinating all janitorial services and functions to completely accomplish the work as required by the work statements and provide direct continuous inspection and supervision of all services required under the Contract.
4.7 CONTRACTOR SECURITY RESPONSIBILITY OF BIA WORK PREMISES
4.7.1 PHYSICAL SECURITY - The Contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding all Government property and facilities in the performance of custodial services. At the end of each work period, all Government facilities, equipment and materials shall be secured.
ONLY the Contractor and contractor's employees are allowed on the work premises, NO EXCEPTIONS. The Contractor and contractor's employees will not be allowed to have any other persons (spouse, children, visitors, etc.) on the BIA premises, at any time, in the performance of services under this contract.
4.7.2 The Government will not be responsible for the Contractor's equipment or personal belongings that may be damaged or lost by fire, theft, accident, or otherwise. Government furnished facilities for storage for the contractor's supplies and equipment will be equipped with locks. The Contractor shall furnish and install locks if those provided by the Government are not suitable.

SECTION C - 5
SPECIFIC TASKS
5.1 GENERAL INFORMATION - The Contractor has a right to perform the services under this contract.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, management and supervision of Contractor personnel to ensure that custodial services are performed at the BIA Colorado River Agency and Poston BIA Offices. The Contractor will not be required to provide custodial services on observed Federal Holidays.
5.1.1 Superintendence by Contractor - The Contractor shall at all times provide adequate supervision of his/her employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract. The contract manager, or alternative representative, will be on the work site and be available at all times when the work of the contract is being carried out to receive instructions from the COR. The Contractor shall provide and maintain telephone and/or pager numbers where the contract manager and alternative can be reached during other than normal duty hours should the COR deem necessary.
5.1.2 Reporting -
(1) The Contractor shall be required to maintain a daily check list log, identifying the physical space(s) where custodial services were completed. Each of the Contractor's employees will maintain their own check-list at the completion of custodial services per space/room/office, etc. A copy of each log will be submitted to the COR on the following work day (Monday) after the end of each week custodial services are provided.
(2) The Contractor shall be required to implement the Customer Complaint System.
5.2 SCHEDULED (DAYS AND HOURS) FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICE PERFORMANCE BY THE CONTRACTOR - The Government will make available the following locations for Custodial Services to be provided by the Contractor, at each location, as follows:

5.2 DAILY CUSTODIAL SERVICES – All custodial service tasks shall be accomplished to meet the requirements of the PWS, Performance Requirements Summary and Task and Frequency Chart. The Contractor shall maintain each of the location facilities to the standards established in this contract.

5.2.2 Floors - All Floors accessible to floor machines shall receive floor maintenance. After receiving floor maintenance, the entire floor shall have a uniform coating of nonskid floor finish, having a uniform, glossy appearance, and be free of scuff marks, heel marks, and other stains and discoloration. All floor maintenance solutions shall be removed from baseboards, furniture, trash receptacles, etc. Chairs, trash receptacles and easily moveable items shall be moved to maintain floors underneath these items. All moved items shall be returned to their proper position when all operations have been completed. Floor maintenance includes the techniques of sweeping, dust mopping, damp mopping, wet mopping, dry buffing, and spray buffing as required to achieve the above stated results. The techniques used depend upon the materials, equipment, and personnel used to do the job. The contractor needs to apply these techniques only to the portion of the floor needing work to bring the entire floor up to the standard unless it is necessary to apply these techniques to the entire floor to bring it up to the standard. Wax is only to be applied to floor surfaces that have been cleaning.
5.2.3 Sweet/Dust Mop Floors - All access floor areas shall be swept or dust mopped. After the floor has been swept, or dust mopped, the entire floor surface, including corners and abutments, will be free of little, dust and debris. Chairs, trash receptacles, and easily moveable items shall be tilted or moved to sweep underneath.
5.2.4 Mop Floors - All accessible floor areas shall be damp and/or wet mopped. Chairs, trash receptacles, and easily moveable items shall be moved to mop underneath. After being mopped, the floor shall have a uniform appearance with no streaks, swirl marks, detergent residue, or any evidence of soil, stains, film debris or standing water. There shall be no splash marks or mop streaks on furniture, walls, baseboards, etc., or mop strands remaining in the area. Do not mop wood or carpeted floors.
5.2.5 Cleaning Floors when Computer Processing Unit is Set at Floor Level - The Government is at RISK when CPUs are placed on the floor surface - CPUs should be placed on a rolling stand, allowing accessible floor areas to be cleaned.
5.2.6 Trash/Debris Removal - All trash containers shall be emptied and containers returned to their initial location. Boxes, cans, papers placed near the trash receptacle and marked "TRASH" shall be removed. Any obviously soiled or torn plastic trash receptacle liners in such receptacles shall be replaced. All debris or liquids remaining in a trash receptacle due to a leaky plastic trash bag must be removed. Trash shall be disposed on in plastic bags secured with bag ties; trash will not be allowed to be taken from the building in open containers. The Contractor shall pick up any trash that my fall onto the facility or grounds during the removal of such collection trash. The trash shall be deposited in the nearest outside trash collection point. Unless otherwise indicated, trash shall be picked up from wastebaskets and/or receptacles. Dirty trash receptacles shall be washed inside and out with disinfectant and shall be odor free.
5.2.7 Drinking Fountains - Disinfect all porcelain and polished metal surfaces, including the orifices and drain, as well as exterior surfaces of fountain. After cleaning, the entire drinking fountain shall be free from streaks, stains, spots, smudges, scale, and other obvious soil.
5.2.8 Carpets - After being vacuumed, the carpeted floor shall be free of all visible litter and soil. Any spots shall be removed by carpet manufacturer's approved methods as soon as noticed and/or as directed by the COR. All tears, burns, and raveling shall be brought to the attention of the COR.
5.2.9 Hallway Carpets - Hallway carpets shall be vacuumed to the same standard as office areas and all tears, burns, and raveling shall be brought to the attention of the COR.
5.2.10 Spot Clean Carpets - The Contactor shall spot clean carpets that are stained over an area of 2 square feet or less. Spot cleaning shall be accomplished with using shampoo for the specific area and a daubing and rinse service to the soiled or stained carpet area or as directed by the COR.
5.2.11 Entrance/Exit Door Walk-Off Mats - The Contractor shall vacuum/clean interior and exterior door walk off mats after vacuuming or cleaning, mats shall be free of all visible lint, litter and soil. Carpet style door/entrance mats shall be vacuumed to remove soil and direct and restore resiliency of the carpet pile. Rubber or polyester entrance mats shall be swept, vacuumed, or hosed down with water and then dried to remove soil and grit. Soil, debris and moisture underneath entrance mats shall be removed and mats returned to their normal location.

5.2.12 General Spot Cleaning - Contactor personnel shall perform spot cleaning on a continual basis. Spot cleaning includes, but is not limited to the removing of, or cleaning of smudges, fingerprints, marks, streaks, spills, etc., from washable surfaces of all walls, partitions, vents, grillwork, doors, door guards, door handles, pushbars, kickplates, and fixtures.
Germicidal detergent shall be used in restrooms, locker rooms, break areas and drinking fountains. After spot cleaning, the surface shall have a clean, uniform appearance, free of streaks, spots and other evidenced of removed soil, stain, smudge, marks.

5.3 DAILY BASIC RESTROOMS CUSTODIAL SERVICES
5.3.1 General Cleaning and Disinfecting - Completely damp clean and disinfect all surface areas of toilet bowls, urinals, lavatories, showers, shower mats, dispensers, plumbing fixtures, and wall areas adjacent to wall mounted lavatories, urinals, and toilets and other such surfaces, using a germicidal detergent. After cleaning, receptacles will be left free of deposits, dirt, streaks and odors.
5.3.2 Descaling of Showers, Toilet Bowls and Urinals - Services include cleaning and disinfecting as indicated in paragraph 5.3.2 above which are performed prior to descaling. Descalaing shall be performed as required but at least monthly. After descaleing, the entire surface shall be free from streaks, stains, scale, scum, urine deposits and rust stains.
5.3.3 Floor Sweeping and Mopping - After sweeping and mopping, the entire surface shall be free from littler, dust and foreign debris including grout. Grout on wall and floor tiles shall be free of dirt, scum, mildew, residue, etc. Floors shall have a uniform appearance without streaks, swirl marks, detergent residue, or any evidence of soil, stain film or standing water.
Easily moveable items shall be tilted or moved aside to sweep and damp mop underneath. Restroom floors shall be stripped, scrubbed, waxed, etc., as necessary to maintain sanitary condition and a clean, uniform appearance. Glazed ceramic tile is scrubbed only.
5.3.4 Re-supplying Paper Products in Restrooms - Contractor shall ensure restrooms are stocked so that paper supplies do not run out. As a minimum, each restroom will be stocked daily. Supplies shall be stored in designated areas for both locations (Agency & Poston Buildings). No overstocking shall be allowed. If supplies run out prior to the next service day/date, contractor shall refill.
5.4 WEEKLY CUSTODIAL SERVICES
5.4.1 Machine scrubbing and buffing all waxed floors. The equipment used during the duration of the buffing will be such that all scuffmarks are obliterated, apply an application of wax in the area of heaving traffic before buffing.
5.4.2 Interior Glass/Mirrors - Both sides of all exterior plates glass in lobbies and vestibules (Finance Office area). Includes all glass partitions, walls, doors, mirrors and adjacent rim with a lower edge below seven (7) feet. Glass that extends higher than seven (7) feet shall not be included. After glass cleaning, there shall be no traces of film, dirt, smudges, water or other foreign matter. (NOTE: Both sides of glass partitions, walls and doors are to be cleaned).
5.4.3 Other Interior Glass - Clean display cases, directory boards and other interior glass not addressed in 5.4.2. After glass cleaning there shall be no traces of film, dirt, smudges, water or other foreign matter.
5.4.4 General Cleaning and Disinfecting - Completely damp clean and disinfect all surfaces of mop sinks, doors, walls and other such surfaces, using a germicidal detergent. After cleaning, receptacles will be left free of deposits, dirt, streaks and odors. Disinfect all surfaces of partitions, stalls, stall doors, entry doors (including handles, kickplates, ventilation grates, metal guards, etc.).
