· Will the BIA provide a schema for the contractor to create a geodatabase for data collection?

Govt. Response: Yes. The contractor will update the schema currently in place.

· Will the BIA provide a list of all permittees and their contact information?

Govt. Response: Yes, if available.

· Will the BIA provide existing shapefiles for farm plot locations and known structures?

Govt. Response: Yes, shapefiles will need to be updated to current farmland in production.

· Will the contractor be required to conduct onsite visits with the permittees to gather some of the information?

Govt. Response: Yes, and the local farm board member if available.

· Can we assume that the disturbance area for fence construction/upgrade has a width of no more than 50 feet?

Govt. Response: Yes.
