AMENDMENT 0004

Purpose: Provide Government Response to Submitted Questions RFQ Number: 1333ND23QNB680322 Project: Liquid Nitrogen Supply & Services Date: 08/14/23

The purpose of amendment 0001 is to provide the Government response to submitted questions.

Question 1: What is the acceptable range for trace O2 and H20 in the LN2 deliveries?

Response 1: In accordance with the Statement of Work which is attached to the SF1449 (page 16); the tables below identify the acceptable range for trace O2 and H20 in the LN2 deliveries:

Question 2: Is a tolerance of +/- 1 ppm acceptable?

Response 2: Yes.

Question 3: Is it acceptable to demonstrate the trace components of hydrogen (H2) on a quarterly basis, instead of including them in each load's Certificate of Analysis?

Response 3: Yes, demonstration of trace components of hydrogen on a quarterly basis is acceptable, plus on demand if NIST suspects a problem.

Question 4: Is NIST considering issuing more than one contract award if it is found to be of best value to the government?

Response 4: No. The Government intends to only issue one contract award for this opportunity.
