A copy of the actual invoice must be attached to the electronic invoice in IPP in order to process payment. Invoices will be approved for all work completed, inspected and accepted by the COR.
Payment – The Contractor will submit a monthly invoice through IPP at the end of each service month via www.IPP.gov Payments shall be made through IPP with approval of invoice on a calendar month (30 days) basis in arrears. Upon receipt of Contractor’s IPP invoice, payments will be made 30 calendar days from the acceptance date in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act.
