QUESTIONS DURING PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING:

During the pre-proposal meeting several questions were raised. Each question and answer is provided below:

1. Attachment 3 shows that the road may be allowed to be closed for installation. Is this accurate?

Answer: Yes, during the install the road can be closed, but must be posted as such at the beginning of the road. The Traffic Control Plan should also address closure if that is the plan.

2. How much aggregate is included?

Answer: 400 feet each side from center of culvert. 800 feet total.

3. Can standard armor flex concrete block be used or only concave?

Answer: Either standard or concave are acceptable.

4. Are we required to provide structure stamped drawings or fabricated drawings?

Answer: Spans of 25 foot or less do not require stamped drawings.

5. What is the loading rating for the top of the culvert?

Answer: HL93 or HS25

File details come from the government source that posted it.
