About this file

This document provides answers to contractor questions and extends the quote submission date for solicitation number 127EAS23Q0088 from the Inyo National Forest for its 2023 hay order. The Forest Service is seeking square bales of approximately 100 pounds each that are three twined for hay delivery and unloading at the forest location. The contractor must provide equipment needed to unload the hay from delivery trucks in the form of a squeeze bale grapple. Pricing from the last award made in June 2022 for this program totaled $18,688.00 under contract number 127EAS22P0030. The submission date for quotes has been extended to allow additional time for contractors to respond.
